1.1 The nationwidebreakdown.com (Nationwide Breakdown - NWBD™), website is owned and operated by Nationwide Breakdown, (We or Us). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy, in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines, and to this end have developed the following Privacy Policy to deal with issues which may concern you. 1.2 The NWBD website and Users(Members/Customers, Service Providers or Both) are provided with Route Planning Services from Google Maps and are subject to separate Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy as advertised at www.google.co.uk

2. Personal Information.

2.1 The details which you provide about yourself and any information which identifies you such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, country of residence and credit and debit card details ("Personal Information") will only be retained by us if you provide this information when using one of the services available through our website. Personal information will be held on our system and used only for operational purposes in connection with this site In order to process a transaction, your Personal Information and Bank details may be passed to third party service providers. Card details will only be used for the purpose of handling an individual transaction.

2.2 Upon applying for authorisation to join another Users (Members, Service Providers or Both), restricted business or closed user group, your full trading details, freight operator details (if applicable) and any trading accreditations will be visible to the company you are requesting authorisation from.

2.3 We may from time to time ask you for further information in order to update our records or for particular purposes. We will always tell you how we will use any further information received from you. From time to time we will need to send you

our website and service announcement updates. It is the responsibility of the User to keep their information accurate, relevant and up to date.

2.2 If you would like to revise the information provided to us at any time, or feel what we currently have on record is incorrect, you may update the information using the User portal or by emailing contact@nationwidebreakdown.com

3. Log files.

3.1 Every time someone visits our web site a log file is generated on our computer.
